With our modern vehicle fleet and experienced chauffeurs, we ensure that your journeys run smoothly and comfortably. Our shuttle service - your advantages at a glance • Punctuality & reliability: We guarantee that you and your guests will reach your destination on time and stress-free - whether to the airport, hotel, trade fair or a private event. • Flexibility: Our shuttle service is available to you around the clock. We adapt to your individual schedules and offer flexible pick-up times for individual or group trips. • Luxurious vehicle fleet: We offer a selection of high-quality vehicles, including limousines for smaller groups as well as spacious vans and luxurious minibuses for larger groups. All vehicles are equipped with the latest technology and offer the highest level of comfort. • Trained chauffeurs: Our professional drivers are highly trained, multilingual and have excellent local knowledge of Munich and the surrounding area. Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and confirmation • Booking methods: You can easily book your trip via our website, by email or by phone. • Booking period: We recommend bookings are made at least 24 hours before the desired pick-up time. Short-term bookings are possible depending on availability. • Booking confirmation: After a successful booking, you will receive a written confirmation by email or SMS with all relevant details about your trip. • Mandatory information when booking: Please ensure that the following information is provided correctly: • Name of the passenger • Date and time of the trip • Pick-up and destination address • Flight number (for airport transfer) • Number of passengers • Special requests (e.g. child seat, additional luggage space) 2. Cancellation conditions • Free cancellation: Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the trip. • Cancellations within 12 hours: For short-term cancellations (less than 12 hours before pick-up), a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount is due. • No-show: If the customer is not found at the agreed meeting point and no contact is made, the full amount of the booking will be charged. • Change of booking: Changes to the booking (e.g. time or pick-up address) are possible up to 6 hours before departure and are subject to availability. 3. Waiting times & delays • Included waiting times: • Airport pick-up: 60 minutes free waiting time from the actual arrival time of the flight. • Other pick-up locations: 15 minutes free waiting time from the agreed pick-up time. • Additional waiting time: After the free waiting time has expired, additional fees apply for every 30 minutes or part thereof. • Flight delays: We monitor all flights and adjust our pick-up times accordingly. If a flight is excessively delayed (more than 2 hours), we ask that you notify us in advance.
