• Booking period:
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your desired pick-up time . Short notice bookings are possible subject to availability.
• Booking confirmation:
After successful booking, you will receive a written confirmation by email or SMS with all relevant details about your trip.
• Mandatory information when booking:
Please ensure that the following information is provided correctly:
• Name of the passenger
• Date and time of the trip
• Pick-up and destination address
• Flight number (for airport transfer)
• Number of passengers
• Special requests (e.g. child seat, additional luggage space)
• Free cancellation:
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the journey .
• Cancellations within 12 hours:
For short-term cancellations (less than 12 hours before pick-up) a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• No-Show:
If the customer is not found at the agreed meeting point and no contact is made, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
• Change of booking:
Changes to the booking (e.g. time or pick-up address) are possible up to 6 hours before departure and are subject to availability.
• Pricing:
Our prices are based on the vehicle class booked, the distance traveled and any additional services.
• Payment options:
We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash (upon departure)
• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
• PayPal
• Bank transfer (for corporate customers)
• Advance payment:
For larger group bookings or longer trips, advance payment may be required.
• Additional costs:
Additional services such as waiting times beyond the included time, additional stops or special requests will be charged separately and communicated in advance.
• Including waiting times:
• Airport pick-up: 60 minutes free waiting time from the actual arrival time of the flight.
• Other pick-up locations: 15 minutes free waiting time from the agreed pick-up time.
• Additional waiting time:
After the free waiting period has expired, additional charges will apply for every 30 minutes or part of it.
• Flight delays:
We monitor all flights and adjust our pick-up times accordingly. In the event that a flight is excessively delayed (more than 2 hours), we ask that you notify us in advance.
• Free baggage allowance:
Each vehicle offers sufficient space for standard luggage (1 suitcase + 1 hand luggage per person).
• Bulky luggage:
Please inform us in advance about large or bulky luggage (e.g. ski equipment, musical instruments) so that we can provide the appropriate vehicle.
• Additional storage space:
If you have a large amount of luggage, an upgrade to a larger vehicle class may be necessary.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, we ask that you adhere to the following rules of conduct:
• Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our vehicles.
• Please keep the vehicle clean and treat it with respect.
• Our drivers have the right to cancel the journey if passengers behave inappropriately or safety is at risk.
• Our company assumes no liability for personal items forgotten or lost in the vehicles.
• All trips are covered by our comprehensive business liability insurance.
• We accept no responsibility for delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as road conditions or force majeure (storms, demonstrations).
